At Razor Rank I served in a senior leadership role as a founding partner. I developed and help scale the technical structure, operational frameworks, and day to day systems that shaped the company’s delivery model. My work combined business operations and enterprise level engineering, creating the methodologies, processes, and internal standards that defined how the firm functioned across departments.

This role involved hands on technical architecture, but also the broad operational responsibility required to run and scale a service based company with multiple teams, complex clients, and evolving platform demands.


Technical Architecture and Methodology Development

  • Built the core frameworks that guided the firm’s approach to structured data, site performance, analytics, and visibility engineering
  • Created diagnostic methods for audits, migrations, and multi platform transitions
  • Authored internal process standards used by technical, creative, and support teams
  • Conducted forward looking research on search systems and emerging technologies

Enterprise Analytics, Structured Data, and Large Scale Systems

  • Designed multi layer analytics systems that integrated cross domain attribution and conversion tracking
  • Developed advanced structured data systems applied across enterprise client portfolios
  • Guided large scale website migrations with complex architecture, URL remapping, and data reconciliation requirements
  • Built templates and quality assurance procedures that reduced risk during major platform changes

Business Operations and Internal Leadership

  • Helped oversee daily operations across marketing, sales, account management, intake, and production teams
  • Coordinated with department leaders to establish execution standards, reporting paths, and internal communication processes
  • Participated in hiring, role definition, training plans, and performance structures for technical staff, content creators, design teams, and support teams
  • Supported financial planning inputs, resource forecasting, and prioritization for multi phase client projects
  • Assisted with executive decision making on service packaging, organizational structure, and long term growth planning
  • Contributed to internal systems for scheduling, documentation, accountability, and operational flow

Cross Team Leadership and Client Strategy

  • Worked directly with employees, team leaders, account teams, and developers to align delivery across disciplines
  • Helped translate technical complexity into plans the account teams could manage with clients
  • Provided strategic direction during client onboarding, technical discovery, and long term planning

Administrative and Organizational Stewardship

  • Supported operational stability including finance, billing, vendor relations, and contractual oversight.
  • Handled budgeting, runway management, and cost controls to sustain long term growth.
  • Coordinated administrative infrastructure across teams and departments.
  • Supported HR, hiring, onboarding, and internal policy development.
  • Ensured continuity, compliance, and organizational resilience during growth and transition cycles.

Impact and Legacy

My work at Razor Rank created the foundational technical and operational framework used across the company. The systems I built shaped how migration projects were managed, how diagnostics were performed, how structured data was deployed, and how cross departmental workflows executed.
